His name is Edward. Edward Cullen. And he is a character in a book. I guess I always had a thing for vampires, you know … ;) *cough* Angel and Spike. *cough*

I started reading Twilight today. What am I saying … I started and finished Twilight today!

Yeah, I loved the book, the romance between Bella and Edward is really well-written, it’s such a good read, all so tragic and sweet and romantic and aww. With some action sprinkled in between. Perfect! And who doesn’t love a story of star-crossed lovers?

So I just ordered the second book, New Moon. I hope it will get here on Friday. Because I can’t wait. And no doubt I will be getting the third one, Eclipse, shortly. And the forth one, Breaking Dawn, when it comes out in the first week of August.

Dear Harry Potter,
I might have found a worthy substitute book series to look forward to. I still miss you, though.

Dear Stephenie Meyer,
Please do not stop writing after seven books. And keep up the good writing. And keep up the regular releases. And you better have a happy end planned for Bella and Edward, unlike someone else who did not give their couple a happy ending.*

So, as you can tell, I really really loved this book. I read it on the train on my way to work, during my lunch break, and on my way home, and then after I got home that’s all I did tonight. Read this book, seriously! You’ll be hooked in no time.

* Yes, Joss Whedon, I’m talking to you!
