Dear Vodafone people,
please do not blame my phone the next time you don’t get the Vodafone Live settings right. There was no software error on my phone. There was absolutely no need for me to send in my phone and be without it for a week or even longer.
The problem was actually quite simple: while you did send me the Vodafone Live settings, you never actually changed the default access point to Vodafone Live. Why do I need to figure that out by myself?! Isn’t that what you are there for? How can it be that you spend 20 minutes playing with the settings on my phone and not once check whether the connection is actually established via the right access point?
And rest assured I will return to the store tomorrow and tell you about your own stupidity. Please, dear God, let the same two guys be working there tomorrow. One would think they know what they’re doing, but apparently not so. (And if it really turns out all the times they tried to connect me to Vodafone Live via the wrong access point - using web.vodafone.de instead of live.vodafone.de - cost me money, I will be one pissed off customer.)

War beim Laden, ich glaub ihm war das schon etwas peinlich, dass er sowas offensichtliches übersehen hat. Und er meinte, ich soll dann mit der Rechnung kommen, und mir würde das auf der nächsten gutgeschrieben, was diese Einwahlversuche über den falschen Zugangspunkt gekostet haben. Hoffe der weiß das dann auch noch, wird nämlich noch gut ein Monat sein, bis die Rechnung kommt.

Was n O’ars**. Na dann klopf ihm in einen Monat noch einmal daeftigst auf die Finger. Wenn er dann an Alzheimer leidet, denn Manager holen lassen. Hat so ein Typ hier auch mit mir abgezogen und schwups Manager da und er weg - wurde naemlich gekuendigt, weil er das schon oefters abgezogen hatte.
